📜 Booking & Rental Policy – GodmodeX By placing a booking, you agree to the following: Booking & Payment: Full payment is required in advance unless agreed otherwise. Deposits (if taken) are non-refundable. Bookings within 48 hours of the hire start time are non-refundable. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit (e.g. £100 ) may be required before collection. This will be returned after inspection. Damage, loss, or breaches may result in deductions or full retention. Responsibility: The hirer is fully responsible for all equipment from collection until return and inspection. Equipment must not be transferred to third parties. Damage / Loss / Theft: Any damage, loss, or theft will be charged at full repair or replacement cost. This includes consoles, controllers, cables, and any software or account issues. Charges may exceed the deposit. Use & Restrictions: Equipment must be used safely indoors. The following are prohibited: tampering, opening equipment, deleting games, downloading content, or logging into personal accounts. Breaches may result in additional charges. Accounts & Digital Content: All accounts and digital content remain property of GodmodeX. Any interference causing loss, suspension, or bans will be charged to the hirer. Hire Period & Late Returns: Equipment must be returned on time. Late returns will be charged at the standard daily rate. Failure to return may result in full replacement charges and legal action. ID Requirement: Valid photo ID and proof of address may be required. We reserve the right to refuse hire. Condition Checks: All equipment is tested and recorded before hire and inspected upon return. Liability: GodmodeX is not responsible for misuse, compatibility issues, or internet-related problems. Legal: All equipment remains property of GodmodeX. By booking, you agree to these terms. UK law applies.
